Cal Cruisers 12u Friendly

by Luv_SC » Mon Jul 11, 2011 9:05 am

Thanks to Cal Cruisers for a great 12u friendly. Great snack bar, loved the book sale. Great to be back playing in 12's.
Firecrackers Brashear over Choppers Black
Firecrackers Brashear over Corona Angels
Firecrackers Brashear over Double Play 98

Lots of good quality teams I think most will be attending ASA nationals. Cant wait to be Bama bound..

Your coaching staff's "booty bump" at the beginning of the games is, to say the least... "KINDA GAY" (as the YouTube "B plus" Asian skit goes)!!! Good thing the team doesn't let that distract them from playing GREAT ball!!! :D ;) 3-0 though??? Looks like someone is ready to give the CRACKERS a run for their money in BAMA ehhh!!! :o

That's funny and I actually am used to it and think it keeps the girls loose and ready to roll. It's actually our secret dance for the Bracket Gods, we will see if they like it in a few weeks.

Loved playing your team Johnny keeps it real not quite at Marty level though. Best of luck in Bama.

Any other outcomes to report. I saw a few games and a few teams seem to be limping into Alabama. Ouch could be dangerous and quite a few new faces on other teams. Anyone know what happened to that SS that Choppers had a few months back? Didnt see her there yesterday?

That must have been a good game the Crackers usually beat up on teams pretty bad?

Hum Maybe but I know a few other teams who contained the beast to 1 run. No offense and pun intended but you only need to win by 1 for the Victory. Margins of victory not really important and regular disclaimer it was a friendly short game and we didn't make the most out of many opportunities. Still rather play good quality teams then beat up on someone.

I still like our chances in Alabama but then again I am bias.

Are all the shortstops on lockout. Did they leave for greener pastures? Maybe Premier swayed them not cheaper but much better weather. Some of these 98's can hang with the 14u's and some of the teams attending premier.

We'll need to play MUCH better than yesterday though!!! The girls do tend to perform better when it matters, with the exception of the walks and errors such as like the game against the Hurricanes at states that cost us in the end!!!
