Mike Stith OCBB Fielding Classes

by Coach4Life » Mon Jun 13, 2011 10:31 am

Can anyone tell me about the Mike Stith OCBB fielding classes at the Sports Training Complex? Are they compararable to the other classes listed here on the bucket etc. First hand experience would be great! :D

I think the classes are great, I suggest you go and watch to judge for yourself and then make a decision. You could also just sign up for one and then decide if you want your DD to continue.

Took my dd for the first time yesterday, and she loved it. Tons of reps, and just the right amount of feedback. Asked her if she wanted to try a different class next week, and she said "no, I like this one". :D

What age group(s) would benefit the most from this level and delivery style of info?

I think he has something for every age. My dd's group was all 10U. It looked like 12U followed. He has a different group every hour. He coaches 18U Gold so I'm sure all could benefit.

So now his 14U's (Who play mostly 16u) are playing 18G?

All kidding aside, I'd bet his 14u team could embarrass more than a handful of 18g programs. :p

He's listed as an 18g coach on his bio, so I'm sure he must have been one at some point!

I believe the 6pm and 7pm Classes are intermediate and 8pm is advanced, best to call STC to verify. http://www.sportstrainingcomplex.com

He was with OC Batbusters - Haning for years. Up until very recently.
