Our players, parents, and coaches are very excited!! I am a little scared of the dog days in June and July!! I know what a travel season can do to some parents, and players, we as coaches have tried to prepare for this, lets hope all goes well.
I wish your team good luck hittersdad and hope to see you somewhere down the road!!

I coach the Indiana Heat and just found out about this site and the Indiana Heat's name being brought up as a top 10U team as well as some other teams.

I'd like to invite the Bulldogs, Gators, Xtreme, Edge, and White Sox to come and play with the Indiana Heat for a FREE round robin and the Indiana Heat will Host for the weekend at the Whitestown/Zionsville Lions Club.

We could make it a fun weekend for all of the girls and play some competitive ball at no cost in a non-tournament friendly environment. We have done this with the Bulldogs already at Crown Point and have developed a great friendship with their coaches. Let's let the girls play some competitive ball for free and for fun.

We will do some fun stuff with the teams to introduce the girls to one another. Any ideas to make it a fun weekend are welcome.

Any takers!

Only rule is, play hard but no coaches or parents getting roudy and arguing calls etc. There will be no trophies and no declared winner but the girls can play competitively against top competition.
Maybe it's a dumb idea but I'd love to have all of us in one place for a weekend and play some softball just for the sake of playing competitive softball.

We have the weekends of April 9, April 23, May 21st, and May 28th open if anyone is interested. We are also hosting NSA tournaments on May 6-8 and June 3-5 (tourneys cost money but we do give out huge trophies to 1st and 2nd place :D ).

Thanks
Tim

Thanks for the invite Tim, but our schedule is set. I'm sure we will see all of you many times throughout the year. I think all of the teams mentioned are really good teams and we are happy to be in the discussion as a team of almost all 9 year olds. Look forward to seeing all of you this year!

I think every pitch thrown was illegal because we couldn't hit against you guys (CP Bulldogs)!!! LOL!! Your team has very good pitchers that hit their marks. Very nice! Not to mention solid defense and hitting.

To your point, NSA is very picky this year on illegal pitches though. We have been called on it several times. We only play NSA so I don't know if other sanctioning bodies are as picky about it or not.

Indiana Heat, why the "B" World Series when you are an alleged contender?

What all these great 10U teams don't understand(shows in the schedules they have) is if they win one of the "A" qualifiers they play in, they can't play "B" anymore! You guys really need to open up a rule book!
