Brea Olinda Tournament

[Uncle Rico]

I know the cool thing to do is knock High School ball, but I am excited to see it start. I like the layout of playing a scheduled league with standings and a playoff final. With that said, what are your thoughts on the upcoming Brea tourney? I don't know the HS teams that well, but I know Orange Luteran finished strong last year, Sunny Hills and La Habra are solid with good pitching. Other teams listed high in the CIF coaches poll are Laguna Hills and South Hills.

Bottom half looks harder to move on. Rios (P) graduated from Sunny Hills. Semi outlook
Laguna Hills vs. Villa Park
La Habra vs. O Lutheran

Any results from this tourney?

You got all 4 correct. How about the next 3 games - semi's and championship?

OLU vs La Habra - Rumor has it that Klein (La Habra P) might be out an extended amount of time due to injury. I would go with OLU, especially with that advantage.
OLU

VP vs Laguna Hills - This one should be close. Defense should make the difference in this one.
VP 6-4

Olu over Laguna Hills...Orange Lutheran takes 1st place.
