Who are the big tough teams at 10u level A?? are there any?

hope the Indy teams are there! SZ tournaments have been good so far. I think Heat is in Ft Wayne though and from what i've heard Xtreme, Gators and Edge may not be there either.

Where is everyone going to nationals? I know Xtreme are going to USFA and heard Heat will be in Chattanooga. I assume Gators 2001 will be in Chattanooga as well. Edge went to all santion in Ohio last year and heard they will again. Crush will be in Indy for NSA B. How bout CP, etc. By the way heard that ASA/USA 10U will be in Bloomington, IN for 2012. Will any Indiana teams play?

What about some of the other teams that are out there? Anybody have a line on some of them? Most everyone knows and expects the before mentioned teams to be top notch, but who else might be competitive but not on top or not playing as of yet, or even new teams we dont know of? IE Irish, West Newton Blaze, Mafia, Indy Bandits, Indy Rockets, Center Grove, Plainfield Rage, Etc.....

Would love to hear everyones take on some other teams.

Indiana Irish: The nucleus of that team last year is now with the Xtreme 10u, with the exception of 2 girls who are with the Xplosion. The Irish do not have a 10u team this year.

West Newton Blaze: I have personally not heard anything about them.

Mafia: I believe one or two of their younger girls went to the 10u Gators, and most of the others moved up.

Bandits: Young team, mostly 01's I believe, but they will definitely be in the top group next year.

Indy Rockets: Again, I think they're mostly a younger team, have only seen them play twice.

CG Xplosion: They've definitely got a few girls with some talent on that team. If the supporting cast can do their part then they will be fine.

Plainfield Rage: Last I saw on eteamz back on the fall they were still trying to fill out their team, haven't seen them listed in any tournaments yet.

WV Sharks: I think they lost a lot from last year, saw them play once this fall in the Monster Mash.

Indiana Stealth: They're a new team, from the Muncie area, and have a few girls that can hit.

Magic: I believe the nucleus of this team is '01's, however they have a couple of older girls that are pretty solid. One is a solid pitcher, very tall and has a release that seems to be about 25' away once she lets it go. She has the potential to be very good.

Chix: No 10u team this year, heard they will have a team again next year.

Blast: The organization is no longer together.

Thunder: No 10u team this year.

Great post driveitdeep!! How about some of the southern teams? Anybody know anything about them? Clarksville usually produces some good teams out of there. Edgewood, OwenValley,Martinsville,Bloomington? Anyone know anything about that area of state?

Don't think Owen Valley or Edgewood have 10U this year. Martisville Xplosion is all or almost all 2001 just moving from rec ball. Bloomington almost never comes to Indy area to play so never really sees many good teams. Have not heard anything about southern teams, most stay south.

Edgedwood Blaze does have team this year. Eteamz ad lists them as a B/C team so I doubt we will see them in the Indy area this year.
