Madness, as i mentioned in my post the AFA and USSA do not draw the same level of talent as the ASA, agreed. "READ THE POST". However to minimize the success of this talented team in the midwest, just because they do not have the benefit of local ASA tournaments and live in softball heaven California, would not be correct. I was merely posting to inform people as to who was the best 12u team in this part of the country. 30 teams at 12u in California who could duplicate this accomplishment, lol i seriously doubt it.

Bruno, you are right!! there are well over 30 teams that could take those tournys.......

All of the really competitive 12U teams are playing up to 14u teams right now to prepare for nationals, so I'd say its hard to compare 1st year 12u teams against 2nd yr 12u teams. Alot changes in one year in this division. You can really start to see who is going to be a real baller.

I was at the Rec. nationals in New Mexico. Jynx did win the 10U rec. championship even though they are mostly travel ball players that went back to rec. to play all-stars. And if I remember that championship game correctly I beleive there was a time limit issue and the team they were playing should have won, but the officials upstairs blew the call and they ended up winning.

melsmom i mean dad- It is amazing that no other state in the country can play softball other than california. No other team in the country can compete with the top 30 teams at every age,unbelievable. No other team can place in a tourney other than the top 30 teams from california. Thats why california teams place 1 thru 30 in all national tournaments at every age, ASA, Triple crown, USSSA, AFA, NFA, and all sanctioning bodies. Wow, guess we better call it a season and try our luck at Polo. Never mind i forgot California dominates and has a monopoly on all sports right melsdad, get off your high horse, your kid is probaly on a rec team anyway and rides the pine.

Well If you were there, then you would of known that we Kicked their BoB's, score was 10-3 whose crying about time limit when you are behind by that many runs.....LMAO... (Scoreboard speaks for it's self)...!! Wait did your DD play for Downey?....LMAO..

New to travel ball aren't you. You'll get it at some point. Don't ask. You'll know when you figure it out, though some never do because their kid stops playing at 14.
