Info for SoCal Adidas Futures Tryouts, Coaches, etc.

[anonlooker]

Following is a list of the 8 So Cal coaches selected to form teams for the Adidas Futures Tournament in 2011, along with their travel ball affiliation, and maybe most importantly, try out dates.

If you don't already know, this tournament is for uncommitted players 14-18 years old. The AF website is http://www.adidasfutures.com/

Note: the list isn't perfect, additional info would be appreciated.

Bigger note: there are some gaps regarding tryouts. In a quick search I could only find dates for a few tryouts, so there must be more upcoming. Anyone with additional information (tryout dates, contact info, corrections, etc) please post (or PM) and I'll update the list.

If any teams have already completed tryouts, let us know that as well.

Overall, info is scarce.

It would be really interesting to see rosters for these teams and see what girls that are trying out for their travel ball coach's Adidas team are selected versus girls who are not.

Don't have to say it, but I wonder how many kids from outside of a coach's team are selected...?

With so few teams out there, it's got to be rough for a lot of quality players.
( My DD did not try out btw! )
