14U national Qualifier - who is your favorite to win

by 3Bsnag » Wed Jun 04, 2008 8:31 pm

Honcho, glad to see you returned to signing your posts with the smiley :ugeek:

It sure does sound like that's a kid posting anyway.

Coach M, after reading all the smack about Travelers vs Glory, I think anyone who's been on HB long enough disregards the stupidity of some of these posts. Good luck to y'all this weekend. If they aren't talking about you, then you're not doing something right!

This Fusion talk is starting to get out of control. It is beginning to be like the 12U Glory/Travelers post. Get a hold of your egos and just let your kids play.

I agree with fasterpitch.... the older 14U fusion has the bragging rights after their undefeated weekend but I have not seen them on here "bragging" why is that??? I suspect they let their play do all the "bragging" !!!!

If anyone misconstrued anything I posted, I am sorry.....I was playing around with someone about the banging of the balls.....if you notice, I always say.....never underestimate the so-called weaker teams. any other posts involving conspiracies or whatnot are to point out the lunacy of some of these posting.....at no point to I brag about anyone or anything....well except for THE MEN OF FUSION.....those of you that know me(and there are alot...I don't hide) know that I am playing around most of the time. They also know that if you really want to know what I think, Just ask me...I'll be happy to tell you :ugeek:

Where's those 2 buckets of balls that you wagered?
We could really use them.

wow the BBlover person sure got some guts posting all these comments on here! i started laughing when she said that the old teammate Bailee was off the team. Bailee Wortham, pitcher, still on the team. Knowing the coaches, parents, and children have more class than that, there is no way that any of them is BBlover.

I agree. We need to stop talking about the BB (montoya) and fusion (mork). Yes girls and coaches left the team but it's not a first. Everyone has people that leave and go to different teams. There was no "extra baggage" that left. Their ss, catcher, and pitcher left, but they found 3 fantastic girls to take their spots but any other team would. I'm sure that all of them are still very good friends. Ya'll need to leave these kids alone and let them play the game they love, or what is the point of playing?

Honcho55, I'm sure nothing will stop the Batbusters from beating on the bleachers. It's nothing more than team spirit, If the parents aren't into the game, then who is going to pump up the girls and get them going?
Chill dude, it's just softball ;)

Congrats to Texas Storm, and Batbusters (Montoya) you girls really put on a fight.
Batbusters, way to show them that you could be in the top 2!

I guess people should watch what they say before they open their mouth, or better yet write it out on a computer!

Best of Luck To All.

Seems like the National Qualifier tournament didn't turn out like some people expected it to.
Lots of "The Best Teams" went home on just Saturday alone.

Looks like people need to rethink who is supposively the best teams in North Texas.
It really showed this tournament who has "it" and who dosen't.
Or better yet who WANTS "it" or who dosen't.
Fusion(Mork),Tx.Elite(Floyd),Glory(Elliot) didn't finish on top, and actually went two or three and out.

Congratulations to 93' Texas Storm & 94' Batbusters (Montoya) for a long and hard fought weekend.

Batbusters seemed to show everyone that they STILL have "it" and will continue to in my eyes.
They showed everyone up and for all that talking Honcho 55, im pretty sure they want there bucket of balls you wagered for.

So basically,
Everyone look out Batbusters are back and theyre on a roll.

So.....I go to Vegas to win money to pay for the krispy kremes, and everyone wants to say I was talking smack.....for the record, I was having fun with a team that was having fun back. However, IMO, I DO Think that the whole pounding of bleachers with the balls is a little excessive(also any bottles with beads, or coffee cans with ball bearings) I personally don't like it in any sport. Now the person I was wagering with wanted Krispy Kremes, so they will get Krispy Kremes.....my team will just have to make sure to make it to one of the same tourneys that they are in. Or possibly make it to sunday together....to those who think I was talking smack, if you look at my posts, you'll see that I ALWAYS take the approach that on any given day, you have lots of teams capable of winning.....thats why you have to bring it always....and thats why we play the game.....by the way after my vegas trip, I can wager plenty more Krispy kremes....woo hoo.. :ugeek:
