Mansfield GSA is hosting their Toys For Kids Tournaments for the 8th year with 10U and 14U scheduled next weekend, Dec. 3rd, and 8U and 12U scheduled the following weekend, Dec. 10th.
All age group tournaments are posted at http://www.TournamentMVP.com. The format is a 3 GG bracket with a fee of $225.
All participants are asked to bring a toy of at least a $15 value to check-in. Toys will be distributed to All Church Home in Fort Worth. After the tournaments Mansfield GSA coordinates with their teams to deliver the donated items. This normally has an impact on both the players and their parents in regard to the needs of the less fortunate.
In addition we are collecting hygiene items for distribution to the Fort Worth Presbyterian Night Shelter. PNS is the largest homeless shelter in the area housing an average of 700 homeless people nightly. Below is a list of items PNS is in need of:

(soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion)

Twin sheets, pillows and pillow cases

Antacids
Cold medicine
Neosporin
Glucose tablets
Lice shampoo and bed spray
Pain relievers (acetaminophen, ibuprofen-tablet form)
Non-alcoholic cold/cough medicines (allergy medicine with antihistamine)
Vitamins
Miscellaneous
Gift cards for groceries (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc.)
Bus passes
Laundry baskets
Laundry detergent
Bathing chairs/stools (for disabled/elderly)
Cleaning supplies:
Brooms
Nylon bristle kitchen brooms
Industrial-size push brooms
Industrial yellow mop buckets
Mops and mop heads
