Looking for Quality Equipment Local Store-- Pick-Up SoCal

by D00bie » Sun Sep 05, 2010 5:36 pm

I know there are some places here and there. But where can I walk in and pick-up a Hurricane Net (or Bow Net), dimple balls, few dozen balls, screens, and somewhere I can browse around and see what catches my eye and geek out. See lots of places online but I need some stuff for a Wednesday practice and would just like to walk in grab the stuff and that's that. Online stuff is 7+days and most are all drop ships from manufacturer.

Any ideas ??? Anywhere in SoCal will do. Even San Diego.

Monkey Sports (Homerunmonkey.com) has a retail store just off the 55 and I-5. You can check online and then call to see if they have it in the store. If they dont, they are very good about getting it from their warehouse in a day or two.

Thanks, any others ? Homerun Monkey seems to have all nets and dimples out of stock according to their website. Tomark in Corona seems $ and seems to cater more towards High School / College type nets but they seem to have dimples in stock.

Bownet is located in Thousand Oaks.. go to their site and order direct, I had mine the next day.

Spoke directly to the owner, his customer service rocks.

We’ve had great success with Tomark in Corona. You can order online or over the phone and pick up the same day. If you find something cheaper elsewhere, mention it to them, they used to price match.
