just so you know from an outsider, you are really crippling your daughters opportunities by burning bridges with someone like jimbo.
my daughter does not play for jimbo, but would love to. my guess is, you really want to play for jimbo or else you wouldnt be taking any of this this far to insult little girls.

You guy's are incredible.... Your DD will hear about all of this through the other players. Parents don't know when to just shut the F up. This is why you have a choice to play for other teams. If you feel treated wrong and you and the coach can't resolve it go on your way..... Let your DD do the talking with hard work and you stay behind her giving all the help she needs. If you do the coach that she plays for will groom her for a higher level one day. the coach you left will say damn should have kept that kid. When I coached I heard many players say things you just new came from there parents... And it always got around the dugout

So yeah your DD will find out or you all ready told her lmao... Get a life now or she won't play later!!!

This happens alot, I have heard things out of my players mouth that I know came from their parents. It actually hurts the team as whole plenty of times. I think the parents want the 5 dollar tropy more than the girls do.


If you do not like Jimbo move on and shut up. He can coach as many teams as he wants and if his parents all want to stay let them.

a friend of mine emailed me this, he shares the dream that everyone should have for their own organization.......

Our team made the transition because we realized at some point it is not about winning at all costs. Our mindset changed that if parents are paying for their kids to play a sport, then our job as coaches and as an organization is to make sure we are taking care of that investment by getting the kids ready for HS and college ball.

By focusing on those principles, the winning comes on its own. Not only does our winning benefit us, but it benefits the entire organization in its recruiting efforts. By focusing on these items, we can and are building a brand and name recognition. The other reason we made the transition is that we understand we did not have the experience that ......... and his team and supporters already had. With him willing to share that insight, it made our decision that much easier.

We are looking for that mindset as well from the younger teams we add to the organization. As we grow older (in terms of age division) we must challenge ourselves to pave the way for the teams behind us. We do this by putting a quality product on and off the field and by sharing our knowledge. And as we continue to build our name, then more and more parents and college scouts will know that our organization will produce and deliver a strong HS/College-ready player.

................... my goal is two-fold. First and foremost, is to promote and support our league. I do this by making sure our league players have the right tools and knowledge to be successful and eventually play select ball, if that is there goal. With this as a goal, I must also ensure that select teams that call ....................their home are quality organizations. My second goal is to promote and help build the ..................organization. I can do this by asking our board to support our efforts (by allowing us to host camps, host tournaments, add teams, etc.). At the same time, I expect those select teams to give back by hosting low cost camps, or helping with field maintenance, helping our league coahces run more productive practices, etc.

If you are set in stone on your desire to practice out of.........., then maybe the transition is not the best for both parties. With my obligation to the league, my goal is to bring quality select teams to the area so that if they work hard and are select ball ready, then I want to make sure they have a close-to-home option available to them. this being said, i hope to educate my coaches and parents, so that one day, their child will have what it takes to get good exposure.

I PROMISE IF I COULD MAKE ALL PRACTICES MY DAUGHTER WOULD PLAY FOR JIMBO! But with me living an 1hr 15 min away I can't fully commit to the team in the since that the practice time would cause us to drive through rush hr traffic and turn the trip into about 2hrs. one way. JIMBO I have watched you coach and coached against you in the past, I have also talked with you about things I see that your players are able to do at such an early age. Your a GREAT COACH and just maybe one day we can be apart of your team!
