Our season begins!! @ B'ham Viper!

DD had her first TB practice yesterday and even though it was just hitting, it was great to see the girls togeather again. It's so great when coach has to stop soft toss so they can get their hugs and screams over with. Our season begins this coming weekend, Birmingham Viper Memorial. Looks to be another great tournament. About the same as SoCals Fresno I would say. One of the biggest tournaments in the south. This year there are 108 teams total with 24 in 12U, 29 teams in the 14's, 18 in 16U and 20 18's.
I look forward to the competion that always accompanies this tourney.

Hey Comets; looking forward to seeing you there. I see almost all of the comet org. is going to be there. We (Knox Thunder) also have multiple teams going.

Comets94: DD is on the 93 team. Yep, we play y'all Sat. evening Can't wait till they hit the field. We went last year and the competition was excellent. Looking forward to some more!

We will be there too. This will be our first trip so it will be a new experience for us. I see you play the Lady Hustlers. I think that's the same team we played last weekend. Not sure if they have more than one 14U team in their organization. If it's the same team they are very solid and well coached.
