Another good day for the SoCal 10U teams at Nationals with all teams winning their games. So Cal 10U teams won 5 out of 6 of their pools with only 1 loss total from an ITB (OCBB). Great start for them.

CE OVER Thunderbolts (AL) 7-1

Day 1 it was SoCal 44-12 over their opponents.
Day 2 it is SoCal 47-6 over their opponents.
Total runs 91-18 with a record of 11-1 win/loss record.

SoCal Jynx in the finals to play winner of TN White Lightning vs FC99 rematch. White Lightning took FC99 in earlier play and Lightning then lost to Jynx sending Lightning to the losers bracket for a waiting FC99. Last 2 games to be played Sunday morning.

SoCal did very well and a coach wanted me to mention a lot of camaraderie with all of the SoCal teams and families.

Congrats Firecrackers 99!! ASA 10U NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!

What a great journey and what a special group of young ladies!! They showed tremendous heart by fighting back from the loser bracket and beating Tennessee White Lightning in the semi's and defeating So Cal Jynx two games back to back in the championship game!! Congrats to the Jynx team for being the National runner-up and for playing a great tournament!! So Cal Teams kicked some butt at Nationals!! Four teams from So Cal placed in the top Five out of 47 of the best teams from around the Nation!!

Firecrackers definitely showed they were the favorites, and took care of business.

Jynx, showed that they were the best coached team in 10U. From what I saw they make very little mistakes; I look forward to seeing that team grow.
