Well, Battle - I had the purrrrrfect response ready to post when my classy dd looked over my shoulder and read it and begged me not to post anything that might embarrass her in the future.

Purrrrrrrr, CatWoman

P.S. - I am new at this. How do you get these quotes to work????

LOL.... "Holy Pa-Doe-ing" Catwoman.

Sounds like you have a typical DD. I love embarrasing my DD in public. It's like a past time to me (Ha).

I just sign on and go to the post that I want to reply to and the quote button is there. If it is not, then you are not signed on. It looks like you got the quotes to work fine but Spazsdad is the expert on HB and besides, he seems lonely these days. Just sign on and PM him with any questions.

I just simply got to laugh. It is sad that kp is using smashing a trophy as a tool. I think that is merely a publicity stunt to take away from who won the ASA Tennessee State Championship.

I got to give that team kudos because they might not be absolutely the best in the nation, they work hard and fight hard for everything they get. I have watched the Ballhawks evolve into something special over the years at a distance. We have done our share of beating both teams. They have came from nothing to being able to compete with teams like Mizuno97.

I think they are one of the best teams in Tennessee if KP agrees with me or if he doesn't. They will be back playing ball again and I am sure Mizuno97 will beat them some just like the way that they beat Mizuno97.

Good Luck to all the teams from Tennessee in the Nationals.

Coach (with a lot of assistance from Hey Bucket) has put a sweet target on the back of Team Mizuno. Texas Glory gets them first, then California Cruisers or Sparks.

I hope they play well and keep their 15 minutes of fame going; at least we know the coach is entertaining.

That coach is a complete and utter ASSHAT who has absolutely no business coaching children. You're on his team and want to defend him? Rationalize away. I'm certain you would feel the same way if one of your kid's teachers acted like that. Oh wait. Thats different. Education is far LESS important than a bunch of 12 year olds playing a game. Yeah, like that behavior would fly if a teacher pulled that emotionally unstable act and defended his assinine behavior by saying he was trying to motivate his students. That would be the end of that teacher's career unless he left the area and found a job where they didn't know he had EVER pulled that kind of stunt.

I will never ceased to be amazed at what parents condone in the context of sports but in absolutely no other context. But then again, there is no shortage of pitiful souls who long to be on reality TV.

Obviously you have never played any organized sport of any kind. If you think for one minute that coaches are all smiles and kisses you would be crazy.Watch a college football game on tv and let them show clipboards, hats etc. being thrown or broken. Don't comment on things you know nothing about.

While this doesn't quite equal the time a poster was unknowingly telling Taryne Mowatt's mom she didn't understand the sport at the highest levels, this is still good stuff.

Hey, I was on a bender at the time, so that shouldn't count.
