One writer makes a "rookie" comment and the interest in this so-called "non-Top 12U team" never ceases to end. Boombah has obviously been working hard, acquired some decent players for some key positions, and appear to be creating a competitive team. Isn't this the goal of every softball team in the select league? Someone already posted that Boombah is short a few players, and until they can fill those holes, they won't be a "Top 12U Team in DFW." So, I find it quite ironic that they post on the VTD and now they are being called out for doing so. Are they the best 12-U team? No! Are they mediocre? Far from it! These girls, like every other softball team in the DFW area, are only going to get better with hard work on and off the field, mental maturity, and support. So, I hope that Rookie learned from his "rookie" mistake and we can all move on and put the Boombah bashing to rest. And before you start, "Yes," I am a Boombah parent.
