Onetimer-

Sting have been a solid team all year, I dont think saying they "just had a good tournament" is really fair, and the lady stros have been improving all year. Crossfire has a long way to go to prove they can play at a high level consistantly. Not a knock on Crossfire, they have some talent, but they take entire weekends off and they have huge holes defensively. Let's see what happens this weekend in DFW.

My daughter does not play for TPS, Crossfire or Redhots, so I speak objectively. They are all three very good teams, no one will dispute they are the best three. TPS is clearly, hands down the best, they have sustained it for a long time and they win the majority of the tournaments that they enter. Redhots are solid and Crossfire is good, but needs some consistency. ASA Nationals will be well represented in Texas by These three and the big three from Dallas. Elite, Gold, and Glory.

onetimer- what has Crossfire done lately. Run ruled by Sting last weekend, and I dont remember the last tournament you guys won in Houston with good teams in it. Sting have placed in many, many tournaments and have numerous wins over Crossfire. It's ok though, go to DFW and place in Top 3 and you will earn some respect back. You guys have been very, very inconsitant the last 2 or 3 months.

Tournament this weekend in Grand Prairie should be a good test. Some of the top 10u teams in Texas, and the 2 of the top 3 10U teams in Oklahoma.

iceicebaby,

Sting with numerous wins over Crossfire is a laugh. Your right Crossfire must of had a bad tournament last weekend if Sting beat them that bad. Once again, you don't know your facts about 10U softball. Only 2 tournaments in the past 3 months (Houston) has Crossfire not be in the top 3.

I asked which tournaments have you won in the past three months with good teams in it? If you are going to claim that Crossfire is going to do well at ASA Nationals, shouldn't they at least win some local tournaments first? I do remember your third place finish last month, didn't Texas Swing beat you for second?
