There are so many good ones. To say the best is impossible. The "best" would also need to be defined.

The pitcher on the best team. Just because the team is good does not mean the pitcher is great.
The pitcher with the best stats. Stats do lie and can be manipulated.
The pitcher who is most valuable to her team. The team would only be average with out her.
The pitcher who are the best on travel ball teams. If they play for a great travel ball team, they must be great pitcher.
