By the way, I give the Kennedy girls a lot of props. They battled all game. They were down 7-2 after 2 innings, and trailed 11-7 going into the bottom of 7. They rallied, and had runners at 1st and 3rd with 2outs, with a chance to tie or win the game. They played with a lot of heart!!

Thanks fro the props Nzane. We actually has a runner at third with one out in the bottom of the 7th. Sure would have been a good time for a bunt. I agree, what a game. Now we need to run the table.I hope your sluggers ankle is o k. Our girls were loud and proud in the 7th inning and almost came back. Almost but no cigar...ha. Best of luck to you guys and we will see you next month. The errors were ridiculous but wet and rainy does not help i guess. Until next time.Late.

Yea, I'm sure the rain had some play in some of the errors. I think each team had 5. There was a lot of great D also. Your catcher woulda hit 2 out instead of just 1, if our LF didn't make that great jumping catch. Both teams hit the ball well.

As for our #3 hitter. I haven't heard anything yet. The foul ball got her square in the ankle. I'm hoping she's ok. She is a absolute stud, and we would definately miss her. Anyway, good luck, and I look forward to our next meeting in few weeks. I'm sure it will be better weather!!
