Just to add some other info about a change in the state tourney. The Westfield sectional is going North and faces Lafayette sectional for the Regionals. This sectional, which includes HSE, Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, and Zionsville, traditionally went south. The Pendleton sectional is now going South to face Lawrence Central sectional.

That poor guy! I didn't know if I should get mad, laugh or feel sorry for him. I can't believe they would let someone in his condition officiate. The story I heard is that he and his partner drove up from Danville.

McCool - DD is CF (2) - Right?

We meet again! DD was on LC's team (We played against u and Twisters last summer, if you remember - our dd's are the young ones). What was with your officials? You guys know them? (We didn't - lol). Seriously, DH and I were the ONLY ones in blue at the top of the stand in back of home plate. It was getting pretty nasty out there. I kept suggesting to husband we back out of there! There was a nice family though in front of us who when they were lvg (their daughter was on your team) turned and said we had a nice team and some strange calls were made but he agreed w/alot of them. My dd and her team thought the old ump who couldn't raise his arms was really cute and reminded them of their grandpas (but I don't know if he should have been officiating).

Yep, that's my DD. I was sitting a few rows further down from you with our HC's wife and she told me that that umpire has called games at McCutcheon for years, and he was fine last year and she was shocked at his current condition.

It did get nasty out there especially when my daughter plowed into your catcher and was called out. I didn't like that very much.
