I liked the way those 2 teams stalled  Jynk is a much better all around team then Corona IMO

But isn't stalling part of the game? I mean two great teams you’re up by 1 run with a minute or two on the clock you’re in the semi finals, I’m sorry you just don't give the other team another opportunity. JMO (I wish our coach would have stalled, then maybee we could have still been playing instead of watching all these games...lol)

Surfside, get a clue!!! If your team learned a little clock management maybe you would be watching your DD play on Sunday instead of whining about other teams stalling. If I here another pathetic parent in the stands whine about how a team stalled their way to beating them I might puke. I heard that statement at least 5 or 6 times this weekend. If your team wasn't loosing the other team wouldn't stall. Imagine that. Do your job, sit in the stands and cheer. The teams that were the final 8 were mostly the teams expected to be there. No surprise.

The clock needs to go the way of the dodo bird. It has nothing to do with softball skill, just a lame glitch in the system.

While you're at it, get rid of quick-pitching, coaches yelling out distracting crap from the coaches box and all the other lame tricks used to cover up a lack of ability.
Let's go for the green!

Clocks for pool play are ok - need to get the games in start bracket play. Clocks for bracket play - especially championship play should be omitted.

I think championship games should be played out to the 7 innings.

I take it you have never played a competitive sport, you can name any sport, there are always things teams will do gain an advantage. Football-Ice a kicker, Baseball-batter gets nailed, you can bet that one on the other team will also, Basketball-intentionally foul a bad free throw shooter at the end of a game, Hockey-sending out the "enforcer" to deal with a goal scorer, Soccer- "professional" foul to stop a fast transition.
