Notorious Sports and agamegal offer some of the best quality customer service I have seen. She went above and beyond to insure we received our new Nanotek by Saturday. DD hit for the first time with New Nanotech... bat has a lot of pop right out of the rapper (as advertised). No question changing from DF4 to Nanotech is causing an adjustment period to take place. Primary reason is due to thinner handle and smaller knob. She also mentioned she can feel the "end-loaded" weight vs. her other bat. Overall she is happy with the power the bat has to offer. Hopefully, adjustment period won't be too long!!!
