1) burn the mothers house to the ground for birthing the monster. She's probably a f-ing psychopath anyways.
2) the victims father(s) will have to wait until the trial for his chance the kill the POS...a high strength nylon tie wrap may do it. Can be easily slipped into the courtroom and if he gets the chance he could almost decapitate him with it. Good chance it will kill him either way. That will get you about five years in prison...no problem.

Also the police chief needs to resign immediately. A woman was attacked Dec 27th. on the same running trail and the public was not warned.

JMHO

Shut the f**k up. Next time you vote liberal, think about these girls, express your anger then. Our prisons are Club Meds because Governor moonbeam Brown(D) signed and enacted the CA Prisoner Bill of Rights. One of the provisions is no overcrowding, let them out early and lighter sentencing, because we can't overcrowd the prison population  . Now he wants to be governor again, and let me guess, you will vote for him because you have to go party line, be a man and open your eyes.

JMHO

i'm a fiscal democrat , but a moral conservative . Jerry Brown has no chance of being elected , I'm probably voting for Meg Whitman. You've heard of the Reagan democrat , I guess I'm the Schwarzenegger democrat.
Joe is probably right , although his approach would take about fifty years .

No, this isn't common ground. This, like every other important issue under the sun, is a source of perpetual disagreement between normal people and the terminally insane (i.e., liberals)...because liberal views on the topic flow, as always, from their completely backward assumptions about the way the world, human nature, etc., operate.

So, for instance, we get the predictably abysmal "rehabilitative" theory of justice backed strongly by the left over the past half-century, coupled with extremely strong legal protections for those arrested for crimes. Why? Because liberals fully accept the nonsensical oppression narrative, superimposing it onto the criminal justice paradigm, and they also believe that if you are simply nice to people they will do what you want them to do. These are faulty assumptions that led--nay, still lead--to liberals (lawmakers, judges, journalists, the ACLU, etc.) taking the most extreme criminals' rights positions.

In short, this might be a no-brainer to you, but that's because you have a brain.

A completely incoherent statement...

There are no moral issues implicated by seizing other peoples' assets to fund arbitrary social reengineering projects (and every other loony idea under the sun)?

How about when that stolen money is used to subsidize illegitimacy, guaranteeing the creation of a permanent and rampantly criminal underclass? No moral issues implicated?

How about using that stolen money to nationalize healthcare, causing a dramatic dimunition in care quality for 90% of the population so that the other 10% can officially get access to what they already have practical access to anyway? Morality neutral?

How about running deficits so high and for so long that the entire country is on the brink of insolvency? Any idea what happens to standards of living here when that happens? No moral issue?

How about using the stolen money to bail out banks and brokerages after your goal of affordable housing for everyone led (again, predictably) to record defaults and foreclosures and, ultimately, economic collapse and double-digit unemployment?

I could go on and on. People who say things like "I'm a fiscal conservative but a social liberal," or vice versa, simply haven't analyzed their own positions very well. The fundamental assumptions that support one necessarily contradict the other.

Everything Skarp said, but I'll be more direct:

I think there's a pretty strong argument that politics is why a 17 year old isn't with us anymore. It's always about politics.

Ok Fierce, trace all the steps that lead up to this girl's horrible death and tell us if liberal politics were not involved.

Politics or not that could have been any of our kids. Something has to be done. My DD walked by that house for two years to go to school and i didn't even know he was living there. He wasn't even registered to live there. What i've heard is he's been there longer then what they have been telling us. Nobody even told our community that first attack on Dec 27 even happened. Like i said before, put them on some island and let the Navy do their target practice.
