Missing girl

by Boracho1 » Mon Mar 01, 2010 11:33 pm

inmates in prison know what to do, the problem is predators are allowed to go into protective custody, so that what they've done to someone elses kid doesn't happen to them.

I hope all you CA residents remember this anger when it comes time to vote in November, since the architect of the Prisoner's Bill of Rights, Jerry Brown aka Governor Moonbeam many years ago, is trying to become Governor again...

I'm hoping this POS gets shot while attempting to escape...or better yet, put him in a room with the girl's father for 10 minutes...

Guys, everyone need to be prepared for the situation. A few years back in our community, a dad and his, I think it was a 9 y/o daughter were eating at an IHOP. Daughter tells dad, I am going to the car as he is paying the bill , he says no, she being female, doesnt listen, runs out the door to the car. On the way, a 60 y/o pos grabs her, tries to drag her into his car, he had been lurking there waiting. The dad hears the girl screaming - he gets to her and beats the pos to a pulp, unfortunately he doesnt finish the job. A friend is working EMT, his crew gets the call, he gets to the site, finds out what happened, and as he is bending down to assist the pos, he decides, FI, and refuses to treat. A supervisor arrives on scene and orders him to treat the guy and after hesitating as long as possible, does his job. He said later, he wishes he could have waited or at least administered something to accidentally kill the pos. My point in posting this is if you have the chance, and in a case like this where there is no doubt of guilt - kill him. This is not revenge, thats not our job, this is saving the next victim. I know more than most about revenge and I have turned it toward preventing the next incident. These pos are not human, nor are the attorneys who defend them nor the judges who release them. If you belong to the second group, open season as well.

I like that- "it's not revenge, just protecting the next victim."

This morning at breakfast, my wife and I used today's newspaper and this horrible tragedy to educate our DD's about this sort of thing. We explained that this is why we are so protective of them and want them to check in with us all of the time. I hope the message sinks in to them and other girls around the country so more tragedies like this can be prevented.

My friend from South Texas, in most cases those "evil" attorneys are public defenders and just like your EMT friend, they have no choice but defend the POS you're talking about. I have no love for any of 'em, and many will quit after defending the trash amoung us....but in most cases they are doing the work we (taxpayers) pay them to do.

Everything in life is a choice -they do have a choice - the choice could be construct the defense so that the POS is sent to prison for life -the choice could be resign - but there is a choice.

In full agreement...

However some of these guys/gals choose to defend those who cannot afford the O.J. attorney...and unlike O.J.... may be innocent. I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty sure public defenders don't get to pick and choose whether their current client is a POS or a random muchacho picked up on South Padre Island Drive because he "looked guilty".

Going after the idiots writing the laws may be the better alternative.

They can choose whether they want to work there. There is a choice.
