When should your team play up??

An age bracket that is..

Was reading B.S.96 post for some new players:

We recently were invited to play in the 16U division of the Worth Cup hosted by the Worth Firecrackers, and we will also be playing in the 16U division of the Colorado Sparkler, ASA Champion's Cup, and Surf City Summer Showcase this summer.

They are #7 for 14U on Brackie's list, so a good team.
So when should you stay down and play your age group or move up and play the next??

I would say a month or so before states. That is assuming your team has a realistic shot at qualifying for nationals. JMO

Other than one pitcher that team is middle of the road. The only thing bigger than that coaches ego is his waistline.

Not that what the coach may or may not look like matters but I will say that pitcher is pretty damn good....For a 96 she is one of 2 that can and will hang with any 95 or 94 for that matter....
