Talked to a buddy of mine who works for Du Pont. He said it looks like "oxidation"...the anodized layer has been stripped away resulting in corrosion.

I've never seen it like that and I've seen a few eff'd up bats in my time.

Did anyone else notice that Rocketech was spelled wrong in the subject of this thread or is it just me? I'm pretty sure it is spelled with a k rather than an h. God is in the details . . . or is that . . . The devil is in the details. Prolly wanna get that one right.

That is what I was thinking that is not from being in a ball bag. I have seen people try to clean bats with solvents that removed paint just like that.

No solvent just soap and water. I sent the pics to Anderson I'll let them handle it.

I have received several calls recently about Anderson's newest product. It looks like Anderson is on target to have the new NanoTek FP released sometime between January 15th and February 15th!

what's the recommended temperature range usage on the new Nanotek? Is it usable colder than traditional composite bats?

Would a bat warmer used with one of these give any benefit other than reduced sting when used in cold weather?

FYI, bought my kid one of those Pyroflite batwarmers and it kept her composite warm inside the Dome for 4 full hours. Temp outside was -19F (that's real, not windchill) Temp inside was barely above freezing.

And finally where is my demo , and what did I do in my past lives to deserve to live here.

I am not sure when/if tbug will respond in this thread but I can tell you that he has advised me that the temp is 60 degrees (as stated in the warranty.)

The issue is not the bats being cold but rather the balls getting cold which damages bats.

This has probably already been answered, but do you know yet what the price of the Nanotek will be? And will you offer the same discount on it that you do on the TZ and RT's?
