Sorry guys, it definitely went down hill when the aliens jumped in. Its just that what was said on there is such good stuff for 90% of the coaches out there, but I know it doesnt help the know-it-all types since they dont need the help anyway or more likely wont admit it. But it would have been a good post for me about 4 years ago. But sorry guys, I wont do it again.

Donnie not a problem. Have been on enough of these boards to know what I was getting into with my post. There is always someone with a opposing view. I enjoy the mental stimulation as long as it remains civil.
