I am not afraid of Glenn

by larry111 » Mon Dec 07, 2009 10:40 pm

Glenn is only hurting the girls who want to play softball and is spitting in the face of the coaches and parents who volunteer so much of their time so that their daughters and can enjoy the sport they love. These teams have not got to play much softball this fall because of the weather and now an opportunity for them to play is being taken away because Glenn does not want to give an ASA sanction. There is no violation of ASA rules here, so why am I being denied a sanction? Why did he wait until 6 days before the tournament to pull the sanctioning? Why has he contacted all the team's involved and told them that they will not be covered by the insurance that each team has paid for if they play this tournament? Why is he contacting the Associations and telling them that the teams that are members of their organization are going to play a tournament that is not ASA sanctioned? Why has he contacted all the umpires and threatened them? Why is it that he can go out of his way to make sure that a bunch ASA certified teams do not get to play in a tournament that he refuses to give sanctioning to but teams can not even get him to approve a simple travel permit in a timely manner? What does it sound like to everyone reading this? Glenn has been blinded by his hatred of people he disagrees with and does not like. He is like Clint Eastwood's character in Grand tori-no. He is nothing but a vengeful person who is on a power trip. I have not talk to anybody in the last 6 years that has had a good experience or has not heard of bad experience with Glenn. As long as the guy continues to be head over ASA in this area things will remain the same. Hopefully we are on the verge of that changing very quickly. I know you are probably reading this Glenn or one of your little flunkies and you can threaten all the lawsuits you want. This is America with a Bill of Rights and that Bill of Rights has a First Amendment. It is called freedom of Speech and this is a public forum. All the money in the world does not change freedom of speech. One last thing, it was Lori's daughter who played for me and then left the team and refused to return the uniform.

I am glad I don't live in TX. Sounds like a simple fix. Call USSSA, Triple Crown, or one of the 20 other softball orgs. Have them sanction it under their insurance and just cut ASA out. ASA is on its way out anyway at least in CA. I give them 3 or 4 years tops. Start the ball rolling in TX.
To each their own.

NIce try Larry...but just like Joe, you are wrong...my daughter has never played for you..I would have remembered if she had. Thank the Lord above she never did...you sound like a cry baby that needs his diaper changed.

What is the name of any teams you have run?

Well thanks, I think I will...

Okaaaay now...the picture is getting clearer here...

The G man's mangina, Lala, played for Larry who lost the sanction because the uni was permanently borrowed. Angry that the wife has been dissed, the G man has cast his vengence on the tween yutes who just want some dirt time this weekend....but will be denied.

Mangina, I really tried hard this time...

You see the problem is when there's such a large target, sometimes who have to just tee it up...

Now for jabs...let's start with this:

Why is the mangina's G man denying the yutes this weekend? What in the world would possess an ASA rep to prevent 10-11 years olds from taking the field and playing some ball. Larry wants to know, Joe's curious and the 7 teams wanting to play have got to be shaking their heads in disgust.
