Why should she make what the baseball coach makes? Is she contending they are the same game? Anyone who knows the games would tell you they are only superficially similar. 
Ladies, if a man tells you he will fix it, he will fix it. There is no reason to remind him about it every six months.

Anyone have some inside information here? Are her complaints legit?
How long was the baseball coach there?
How different are the facilities-practice and game field?
Did they "harass" her due to performance- or because of her complaints?- big difference

They share the VIP area. Her biggest problem is not winning, and that isnt likely to be a trend that will change next year.

How long does it realistically take a new coach to rebuild a losing program? 2-4 recruiting classes if he/she is an experienced and skilled recruiter?

Equal pay, really? Can you imagine the legal precedent this would set?
Does this mean that powerhouse schools like UCLA will now have to pay the same for a men's basketball coach as their women's basketball coach. This makes absolutely no sense.

UCONN basketball coaches(Men & Wormen's) are paid a similar amount
In many ways- the women have been more successful a the men
