The berths and invitations listed below are based on last year's order of finish and/or an official invitation from the PGF. Most, but not all of these teams, have accepted the berth. Any berths that are not accepted will be filled through the National Qualifying Tournaments or by At-Large Berths based on summer play.

Attending Qualifiers (Once Qualified or Invited)

Any team that has been granted a 2013 invitation and/or has earned a 2013 qualifying berth is ineligible to play in other 2013 PGF Qualifier Tournaments. If an invited/qualified team chooses to play in another PGF Qualifier they will forfeit their previous 2013 invitation or berth.

Sting Ibarra was 3rd in 14u but since they have moved to 16u they don't get an automatic berth. The format favors coaches who stay in a specific age group apparently.

Hey idiot, it has nothing to do with us not getting an invite. We are in our 3rd year, and Im damn happy with where we are. We should get CRUSHED when we play the bigger organizations in our area.... bu that doesnt happen. If we dont qualify, we dont deserve to be there. Just as a few others on the list shouldnt be there if they dont qualify. But when your bud runs things, you get your ticket punched, which is counter to what 99% of the people involved in sports believe should happen.
