I've been watching the discussion on the 97 Kruzer team and I must say that I'm very disappointed. I've been around fastpitch softball for many years and around competitive ball, both softball and baseball for most of my life. Never have I witnessed such a disgusting display of sportsmanship. I also happen to know many members of the kruzer organization and I can definately understand now why RG mad the decision he made. When we define "LOSS" we need to keep in mind what that word really means. And when we look to judge another person or "coach" we need to be sure we have all the facts. So in closing let me say that from cali to texas to OK to Arkansas all the way down to mexico, the Kruzers softball club is by far one of the true " elite" clubs. I have no kids and I am no coach in any of these leagues. I am a person that believes in "keeping it real" as one of these disgruntled and obviously intelect challenged parents from one of the "dropped" Kruzers. People it is what it is, Just for the record when I heard that ole' RG was dropping players and it was is best 5, I could not believe my ears. I called him and tried to get insight on this and called a few more contacts and it was just as I expected. If you're not good enough to play somewhere why would you want to play there? It's kind of like a peanut butter sandwich, you pull it apart and what do you have? Peanut butter on both sides. So eat them both. Think hard about that and I believe those who believe they are right will find they need more education and those who believe they are wrong need to eat more peanut butter. Hope this helps and I look forward to any challeng on this post. And believe me, The Kruzers will live on and will have huge success with or without any player. Take that to the bank. I havppen to know those folks personally and they will not settle for less.
