Who runs them and where are they

Not a tourney, but AZ FroShow is a good showcase for 14U.
AA Toys for Tots used to be the big tourney to finish.

2013 AA's 10th Annual Toys for Tots
There are some other Toys for Tots tourneys and I don't know which are good these days. Perhaps some knowledgeable people can clue us in...
