AMATEUR SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

The 2009 softball season will be here! Registration for the 2009 season has already started. Instructions for 2009 individual on-line registration via Registerasa can be found at www.registerasa.com.

The 2009 Travel Ball Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at the Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport 18000 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine 92612. The Travel Ball Meeting will give everyone a chance to socialize, schedule games, view vendor products and get updated ASA Code and Rule changes. At the meeting we intend to conduct a General breakfast meeting for all age groups, and Age Group Meetings to disseminate information and answer questions you may have. There are some exciting changes this year, you will want to learn all about them! Check in will be at 8AM and the Breakfast for all age groups will be at 9:30AM.

For those teams/managers who have completed registration, including registering at least seven (7) players and one (1) coach they will receive the following: Player Agreements, Championship Roster, ASA Rule Book, and team packet. In the team packet, among several other important documents, will be the State Tournament Entry Form, Travel Request Form and a Team Budget Form (which all managers are required to give each player/parent before signing of Player Agreement).

If you do not attend the Travel Ball Meeting or have not completed registration, a $40.00 fee will be charged to cover the cost of mailing materials to you. Your team must complete the registration process. Materials will not be mailed to you before March 15, 2009.

The fee for the Travel Ball Meeting is $40.00 per person. Please use the form below to pre-pay for you and your guests in attendance. There will be no on-site team registration on registerasa.
