schedule for Chino-Thanksgiving tournament

If you are talking about the ASA Turkey Tournament the schedules aren't out yet for any of the divisions!

I have been told that the tournament starts on Friday. Is this a three game pool play and single elimination on Sunday format? If so why are they starting on Friday?

Single elimination usually starts on Saturday (not Sunday). Pool play may not even finish until Saturday morning. With 4 age groups it takes almost 2 days to get to the championship games!
