Straight ASA rules? Bat 9 and use DP/flex?

[NumeroUno]

Yes ASA rules

Pool play you can bat as many as you want, free substitution, courtesy runner for pitchers and catcher only. You must turn in a line up card.

[socalsoftball]

Do the courtesy runners have to be designated on the line-up prior to the start of the game? Or is it last out? Sorry, I can't find this info on the website.

[NumeroUno]
