Which means producing the first one was entirely pointless, and producing the next one is entirely pointless, because it can simply be changed again. They have zero predictive value to anyone, which is the whole purpose of a budget. Yet, according to you, the manager should have to prepare a bunch of idiotic paperwork on an ongoing basis--even though you can't explain why anyone would ever need to see it. You really are a dunce.
