Question: can a player on one team who is qualified for ASA nationals, be used as a "pick up" player for different team who is qualified for PGF? AS far as the dates, it seems it would work for 14's and 16's because ASA nationals and westerns are after PGF.

Yes, you can play ASA on one team and PGF on another team. They have nothing to do with each other

yes but there are cut off dates

I believe if she played in any qualifier on another team in 16u then can not go down to play 14u and age does not matter, but if playing in same age bracket and her team just did not qualify then she can still play for anyone in that same age bracket.
