Are all college divisions the same when it comes to the approved bat list?

The original Demarini Phenix -10 and -8 are no longer allowed to NCAA D-1 softball

What about D-2, D-3 NAIA do the have the same bat list?

I'll see your -10 & -8 ... And raise you a -9 ... Because according to DeMafreakin'rini's acceptable tolerances, they are all the same bat ... ;) ...

You've lost count. :o

All college divisions play with NCAA rules and regulations. Yes, D1, D2, D3, NAIA, NJCAA; did I miss any?
