Ummm, Uno... it's not Ay, it's Eh! or take off Eh! or you hoser Eh!. What's up with you southern North American's obsession with the "Eh" word eh?...rofl. Yes, we live in igloos and ride sleds pulled by dogs and we have to walk 16.09 Kms. (thats 10 miles to you) to school uphill both ways, yada yada yada.

Whatzup with Softball in the North? Well, we have our challenges. Unfortunately Softball is hurting badly in Canada and we have fierce competition with the other sport that starts with the letter "S". Part of the other issue is that in our major populated regions, we are very multicultural so Softball is not a mother sport for as many. I guess to sum it up, what softball to you is Hockey to us.. "Les voici, heer day are, it's Saturday night Hockey in Cunada". If you lucky, you cun set centre hice!

All kidding aside, the two major stakeholders are Ontario and BC, Quebec is getting there. Historically, Nationals are won by either of the first two Provinces. Maybe because they are probably the two most warmest Provinces in our country, the others are bitterly cold for a longer period of time and less access to outdoor facilities. But we sure are going to give it a shot in Bejing. We are willing to trade Don Cherry for a win.....

Their was a girl from Canada a few years back trying out for a team we were on. Her dad said that she was the best player on her team and in the league. They came to a practice and watched from the stands. Her dad went to the coach and told him that this was way over their head and they went home. I guess that's what it would be like if a American took their kid to Canada to try out for a hockey team.
