Deleted Posts?

Nope... I've had it happen to me once or twice. I've seen sites fold once the "administrator" starts hitting that delete button.

Did those sites really fold or did they just ban your IP address?

To clarify... Fold was a strong word, instead they went from thousands of users frequented daily to a few hundred. That caused paid advertisers to drop and the sites are no longer as they were. True the founders can do as they please but so can users. This is a free site but has paid advertisers, right? I imagine the founders, BOD, or administrators love those $$$...

Censorship doesn't work... The masses don't like it and won't tolerate it. If this is a board to discuss Softball related items then let it be just that. Censor language, derogatory or proven untrue statements and non softball related posts but not a post makes a select few angry.

I think you guys missed that announcement that the system was going to have some maintenance. Increased ram and HD so that it can be handle the popularity. Numero and spaz are very good at monitoring this site.

If I am going to delete your post I will tell you why. I have not had to deleted any post is a long time.

I did just have a big upgrade done to the site last week, this is what I posted

If anything was posted during this time your post would be lost. There was also a short time Friday that they had to shut the site down for about 30 minutes to do something else..

I went into the moderator log to see about deleted posts, anything deleted will show up there. I have posted things before and did not hit the submit button, it happens.

Before you all start making judgement about whats going on send me a PM, we can work it out
