Worth is sponsoring teams and Anderson isn't.

You are both correct, Anderson has never sponsored any college teams. They may have at times, offered a great purchasing program to schools who wanted to use their product but they don't do full on sponsorships that I am aware of.

One knock I have heard about Anderson is that they only have bats. While the others also provide things such as batting gloves, fielding gloves, cleats, helmets, uniforms, bat bags, clothing and such for the teams they sponsor.

Anderson is a bat company, not a sporting goods company. While they do have a line of batting gloves their product focus is on their bat development and manufacturing. Anderson has an "in-house" baseball and softball training academy in which players are taught personal responsibility, team work as well as the value of community service. Last I was aware the ball players on the Anderson teams in this program receive complete uniforms, helmets, bat, bat bag, hat, t-shirt. They also have an opportunity to receive great physical training.

It is true.... Anderson bat company is a small Mom and Pop operation that think they are the God of all Gods. I hear from people all the time how they change there policies to fit what ever they want. Rumor has it Placentia P.D. has been called out to there location on several occasions.

They have changed policy. You can't just walk in at any old time and get a bat repair or replacement on demand. They now have procedures that have to be followed. Oh yeah, you can't just walk in off the street and buy a bat either. So everyone is mad about that. "What do you mean I can't get a $260. bat for only $175.00???" Can you just walk in to any other bat company and make such demands? Their new policies do not bad customer service make.

As far as the police......fact has it that on one occasion a demanding customer who thought he was the God of God's didn't get his way and summoned them.

One more little tidbit while I am on the subject - Anderson is the only aluminum bat manufacturer that still makes their product in the U.S.A.

I have personally dealt with (AGAMEGAL) many times and even though I was a big fan of Nate, AGAMEGAL has done a great job with bat replacements and answering all my questions about Anderson bats. In fact she has done a better job than any other Anderson rep that I have ever dealt with.

we all know it is tuff doing buisness these days but come on every time we turn around they are getting ripped again. I don't believe every person who does not agree with the way Anderson Bat company does buisness has there own agenda.

Fact when Nate was there they got praised all the time for Customer service and questions answered. Now it is the same 2 that praise Anderson while others are scratching there heads.

Demarini bats are made in the USA...... and out perform your bat at every level.

You don't really know what you are talking about do you? I have been here since the beginning of time and their has been a lot more positive posts about Anderson then negative posts. Bottom line you can't make everyone happy. BTW where are Demarini's made?

DeMarini bats are made in Hillsboro, OR according to Jeff DeMarini. Some components may be made overseas, but it sounds like they're made in the USA...

Just for the record, DeMarini treated me well on the phone when calling them about DD's cracking/crazing/spiderwebbing/crackling CF3. I sent it back to them and in 6 days a box showed up on my doorstep. Unfortunately it was the same bat with a letter stating they had inspected it and there was nothing wrong from a warranty standpoint with it. I called them back again and wound up re-shipping the bat at their expense back to Hillsboro. 7 days later another box was back on my doorstep with a "new" bat. It was etched demo and blem and they will not replace it again should there be any further issues or breakage.

Good service...? Good phone etiquette I'd say, but replacing a new bat with a blem isn't 100% honest in my opinion. (I'm not going to bother trying to work this blem issue out now... which is just what they want I'm sure)

Sir, I have never spoken to you personally and don't know who you are. I am not here to engage in an e-fight with you lest I get my e-feelings hurt. I merely posted in response to other posts in this thread. Admittedly, I did have one agenda and that was to squelch the rumor you are wanting to create stating the police had been called to the Anderson facility on "several occasions" One is not several. Heck it's not even a couple or a few.

As is stated in dittoz post - "although some components are made overseas," the DeMarini performance bats, slowpitch, baseball and fastpitch are assembled at the DeMarini Factory in Hillsboro, Oregon that was built by Ray Demarini.
