Finally after all those years of playing...

...and time spent on the field taking pics.

I finally got a good one of my 12yr old DD hitting a softball.



I had to upgrade to a Canon Xsi 12 megapixels DSLR and figure out the right setting for a foggy morning with the sun behind my girl but somehow it all came together.

This made my year at least. Now I can say I was being somewhat useful while watching her play.

Oh btw high ISO setting, low aperature setting on a 70-300mm telephoto zoom lense helped.

Thanks for the tips on the ISO and aperture.
The time I have the most trouble with my pics
is night games. Seem to get yellow streaks
from the ball and glare from the lights.
Any idea how to correct that?
