Double header w/ warm up/commute 4 hours
Instagram/texting - 8 hours
Facebook - 4 hours
Sleep- 7 1/2 hours

She is in 7th grade.......You ask her, she has it already figured out.....

Yeah Uno, we had an intervention...she is now down to 8 hours a day...cold turkey would probably kill her....
