As a guy who is employed in the real estate development business in the NY/NJ area, I like the idea. The location may need to be altered as ingress/egress to the site off a smaller road (with other sites having state highway access) being one of the two stumbling blocks to the projects success.
The other really large issue is the NIMBY (not in my backyard) prevelant here in NJ. The local residents may think the proposal a grand idea, but not immediately adjacent to my house.
Time will tell. The real estate development partner in the proposal is a financially solid company.
