Definitely was a shocker as only 15-20 teams and been placed on bracket at the time.

In PGF 12u the OCBB team played the eventual champion Firecrackers in the first game, and then battled all the way up to one game short of the 'ship. Coincidence? Deja vu all over again? Only thing for sure is there will be a team in the LB that nobody wants to run in to!

A good draw definitely helps when playing in a tournament like this. Its unfortunate that Angels--KK and OCBB face each other so early. These two teams are, without a doubt, two of he top teams in the 16u division.

Biggest joke in any type of national championship tournament. Can't wait for CWS, NFL, MLB, NBA, World Cup Soccer etc.... to adapt the PGF blind draw format.... stupid format.

Maybe they need a ranking system like Triple Crown did. Even if it is not 100% correct which even in college they aren't it is better than nothing.

It is a shame having CA Knighten and BB meyers square off the first game. Both of these teams have a good change to win it all and going into that loser bracket after the first game calls for a long week. I would still bet that both teams will end up top 10, possibly top 5
