There are all kinds of things I like in mexican food, and all kinds of things I enjoy putting into tortillas and tortilla shells - seafood aint even on the list, be it shrimp, fish, shark, or whatever.

Uno...we'll make Donnie come out for a Dolphin (taco):) test

DS...shark is strange anyway...but around here we eat mullet fillets...Theyre great while theyre hot and fresh

For the record, before some bunny hugger gets offended...we arent gonna eat Flipper

I love shark - Donnie's Blacktip is where my email address of the last 22 years came from (dblacktip). Grilled Shark - tastes just like ... shark.

Ive eaten bonnet head...couple other species...its Ok, another fish that you have eat while its hot...

Ive heard Blacktip was good...and so are Mako's...
