I thought CE qualified at state, beating SD Renegades '94 in a losers' bracket win-and-in game.

CE did qualify in the win and in game.
All the rest should go for it. All solid teams with a good chance of doing well at Nationals.
I guess this shows how accurate the ranking was. Not bad considering the 100's of 14u teams in the region.
