gimme a break. you got a fellow caught with his pants down, who will come out of this with a sex offender tag on him for the rest of his life. you got a young lady whilst underage is certainly old enough to know right from wrong.

these are not exactly new or unexpected circumstances. yeah, I'll joke about it all I want. Let me know when the constitution gets updated to give you the right not to be offended.

Curious...do you have a daughter? I assume that you obviously have some sort of affiliation with girls softball beings your on this site. Your post makes it sound like you think this guy got a bad rap and the girl is the one who should be to blame. It's people with attitudes like yours that have no business being around youth sports. IMO!
