I have seen alot of good things about the Revfire. When I searched the revfire on this forum everyone says they like it.
My question does it feel just like regular ball, does it have high or flat seams.

Any comments on this pitching tool would be helpful.

Just got ours last week seams are high like a dream seam weight and fell are normal. If you get one we ordered ours through www.sportsauthority.com. I needed an 11" ball and called Revfire they switched one of the 12's out for the 11 before it shipped, returned the e-mail in an hour great start for me from a customer service perspective.

Same here - and I have bought just about every toy to come down the pipe so far - I have passed on this one, but I am weakening. This one I think would be valuable for munchkin.

Same here - and I have bought just about every toy to come down the pipe so far - I have passed on this one, but I am weakening. This one I think would be valuable for munchkin.

This is one of those items that seems to hold it's value. I've never seen one on E-bay go for less then $300 used.. Just like the finch windmills those are always in the $240 range used on there as well. The little time we've had it I can't attest to any improvement but we have seen a definite difference between pitches. When one does "move" there's a noticable difference in the RPS it also gives MPH.

The cheapest new unit I was able to find was at Buy.com. Most retailers sell the system for $399 and Buy.com was selling them for $360 with free shipping.

My DD's pitching coach has had one for about a year and a half. He doesn't have each girl use it every time, probably about once every 2 or 3 months, but he has lots of students, so it gets used quite a bit, and he's still on the original ball, so they hold up pretty well.

I catch for her, and imho you can't tell it from a regular ball....

I would love to have one of our own to use all the time (for the spins, not the speed), but haven't sprung for one yet.
