1998 ~10U~ Houston Metro top 10 {R.I.P 08-04-2009}

by SBALLWARRIOR » Sun Jun 28, 2009 8:55 pm

It looked like the teams on the "A" Chicken List were doing pretty well in the "B" division at USFA State:

Spring Sting vs. Flower Mound Rage -- winner to play Lady Rage in Championship

I am sure USFA will "crack the whip" and move them to "A" Nationals

Great Job TPS on winning the "A" division. Way to represent the Houston Area and send those East Texas teams whimpering all the way home

Superpump 250 is awesome stuff, Red Bull / Monster without the crash.

Please stay out of this. This needs to be handled by Coach Ray.

I have been reading the Bucket for a while but this post made me feel the need to register and respond. Most of the smack talk on this website is all in good fun because anyone who knows softball, knows that the battle is really on the field. GET A GRIP - Sting Like A Bee. Don't bring your teams drama on the bucket and then when people comment on it - you tell them to stay out of it. If you want people to stay out of it - then don't post it! :o :o

Now to real topics of interest - AWESOME Ball this weekend. Congratulations TPS and Sting on some great games. Both of your teams should do great at Nationals. Hope you bring home a 1st and 2nd at USFA!

Spring sting (2 loses to LR 98) 8-4. 6-5
Flower Mound Rage 98

Great games all around. Congrats TPS, Sting, Anderson, and SK impact in "A"

Nice meeting those that I had the chance. Congrats to the 400 plus 6-11 year olds who stood through the 100 degree heat

Oh Crap, I guess TPS is gonna have 9 pitchers now.... LMAO Jk..... Leave this one for us we need her so we can have 6

Congratulations TPS, Tx-Sting, Anderson Express and Spring Klein Impact……

Playing TPS in the championship is like trying to swallow a mouth full of pretzels with cotton mouth in the Mojave Desert while holding an empty beer can. Need I say more…..See you guy’s in Nationals. Bring your golf clubs.

I think we’re moving to cup stacking isn’t that indoors?????

Question: Where in the hell was the water for the girls in the dugout?

I have no idea where the Crush Pitcher is going, I think she is trying out for different teams. And who knows if its even true, thats just what I'm hearing. If It was my daughter, we wouldn't even wait for Nationals.

Good Games this weekend! Congrats Jody!
I have to give a little team some credit. When I first saw the list of teams listed for A bracket I was a supprised to see a 99 team entered into it. They beat out the Crush, and almost beat SK Impact, but lost 2 to 1 on a bad call saw it for myself! They lost to Sting 4 to 0 in the last inning. Defense strong team, catching & pitching were great. I haven't seen a 99 pitcher move the ball so much in a long time. Next year with speed she will be dangerouse. This team has the potential to go all they way next year. I tip my hat to you Cobras! I have great respect for your team.

What happen to the Group hug? My Bucket buddies left me hanging. It was to hot to hug I see.
Congrats to TPS and Tx Sting AGAIN on the finish.
Really I guess you weathered the storm congrats to you too “you looked tired”. How’s the new pitching toy working out for ya?
JC nice job on the finish and by not getting ejected you kept your cool even on that crappy call. Where you a Cheerleader in high school because you move like one "some things never change"?
J it was nice to see you standing upright for an entire game and not doing the alligator crawl. Ironcurtain lay off the Superpump 250 you must have run after every foul ball. LMAO
Hammer your stereo sucked compare to Team Worth its time get rid of the 8 track. Stuitup keep your shirt on you like a Yetti on crack. SpeedMonkey you can climb the fence like one. 22’sdad who dresses you OMG? Tex you’re a sweet man. TPS 1st base Coach "C" calm down before you stroke out like MJ did.

Oh, one more thing, I hope I don’t hurt anyone’s feelings I’m just poking fun. I wouldn’t do it if didn’t like you boy’s or you couldn't handle it. Just for the record I spoke to all of you. ;) ;) See Ya Soon

Congradulations to TPS for Bringing home the title, this group of girls have amazing talent and should do quite well at Nationals. Good job to the Texas Sting, Anderson Express and wow SK Impact making a statement. That group should be very proud. On the “B” side I would have left that for the 99’s and made all the 98’s play A. :o Props to all the 99’s who made it to Sunday, and the ones who stepped into the A bracket. You will get your rewards next season :!:
Hot Box, 22’s mom is responsible for my look most of the time  I think we all had to change shirts like 18 times to stay dry. Team Worth did have a kick A.. stereo. I think it was rolling on 20’s and had its own power grid. Too bad they didn’t get to use it much. :o :o

Now how much smack can be talked B4 Florida :?:
