1998 ~10U~ Houston Metro top 10 {R.I.P 08-04-2009}

Ok, enough of the roomer mill. I will let ya'll know the Sting played some really good teams and had the chance to face some great pitching this weekend. Two teams at this tournament would send most teams to the losers bracket in the best Houston tournaments. If your teams don't hit well against the TPS or the Texas Stings top pitching you would have had a tough time dealing with the two top La. teams ( 50 mph plus )at this tournament ! Both of the two top La. teams were full of great athletes that could hit the softball and very fast. The Sting dropped a game to the La. Hot Shots and had to come back to clean them up in the championship ! It was no cake walk and another great decision going out of town to help prepare the Texas Sting to compete at the state and national level. Those of you that are going to nationals might get a shot to play one of these two teams if you hang around in the tournament long enough ha ha ! And yes two girls at this tournament went yard ! Great job 98 Texas Sting you are hitting stride and looking good ! I always like an underdog in the big one's.

Hey Hammer, according to the pole at the top the sting is no longer the underdog

:? Explain to me why there were 2 pages of people bashing the 98 Peppers for driving 2 or 3 miles to play "mostly" 99 teams (there were several 98s there also), but on the other hand it ok for the mighty 98 Sting, who is "starting to peak", to drive 3 hours to play some allstar teams??? My guess is that this is the only way their other "pitchers" (all FIVE of them) can get some work in.

softballfanatic I'm sure your coach knows what's best for your team and were they should play. But I would be real careful judging teams or tournaments from afar, unless you are planning on more research. I will give you some advice don't waste your fuel going to La. to hunt a trophy if you see that the La. Hot Shots are entered or the La. Heat. You might not like the results. Best try to keep sliding around the Houston area were you know were the danger is and the water is to deep. Ok pumpkin !

We all know who the team is to beat. We also know who can give them a run for the money.

Congratulations to the Sting girls for venturing out for new competition and coming home with the hardware!!!
Hey Hammer I heard yall should get Isle of Capri for a sponsorship!!!

GO REBS

Sting did a good job of sponsoring the Isle of Capri. Don't think they give much back.

First leg of the race...Who will take this weekend?

You probably need to do a little more research yourself before you go mouthing off about things you have no clue about. Keep living in your own little oblivious world. Oh and by the way I'd be careful of calling anyone pumpkin,PUMPKIN!

soft-balls-fanatic....don't get so upset over someone calling you "pumpkin". That usually is a term of affection. You didn't have to go and include photos of yourself to prove your worth.

The pictures were added for a reason. There is a subliminal message involved here. I guess your not smart enough to figure that out. LMAO!!!

Believe me, I know where you're coming from and I am much smarter than you think. You don't have to carry all of that built-up anger from the past with you. You got your wish(wouldn't you like to be a pepper). You were easy to figure out from all of your prior posts
